
Overview
Aleksandra Kopec is a partner in Paul Hastings’ Global Finance practice and is based in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Aleks represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of finance transactions, including leveraged finance, capital call facilities, NAV facilities and other fund finance products. Her extensive experience in the financial markets in New York and Charlotte informs tailored advice on her clients’ specific lending needs. She often advises on lending policies and best practices in addition to transactional work, and her in-depth knowledge of the fund finance industry and the legal and business issues relating to finance products make her highly sought-after in the field.
Aleks is on the board of the Alexander Children’s Foundation, leading the support for the largest provider of mental health services for children in North Carolina. She is also an active advocate for human-trafficking survivors, regularly leading pro bono matters on their behalf.
