Amanda Pober is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation and white collar and government investigations. Ms. Pober has represented individuals and corporations in internal and government investigations and proceedings involving allegations of securities fraud, insider trading, market manipulation and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. She has also represented clients in complex commercial matters, contractual and tort disputes and trademark infringement actions. Ms. Pober has significant experience with e-discovery issues, having managed the preservation, collection, review and production of documents in multiple significant matters.
Ms. Pober received her law degree from The George Washington University Law School (with high honors, Order of the Coif) in 2011, where she was a member of The George Washington Law Review and the GW Law Moot Court Board. She received her B.A. in Criminal Justice (summa cum laude) from The George Washington University in 2008. Ms. Pober is admitted to practice law in New York.
