Amy Cho is an associate in the Financial Restructuring Group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
Amy’s practice focuses on acting for sponsors, creditors, debtors, insolvency practitioners and other key stakeholders on cross-border restructurings and complex special situations. She advises clients in Chapter 11 bankruptcy on debtor-in-possession financings and asset sales, and in out-of-court restructurings, including debt for equity transactions, distressed acquisitions and liability management transactions.
