Bevis Metcalfe is a London-based partner in Paul Hastings’ Financial Restructuring group.
He acts on complex, multijurisdictional matters for a range of stakeholders. His practice includes advising on all aspects of corporate credit, restructurings, cross-border insolvencies and distressed M&A, with particular experience in advising sophisticated investors in European capital solutions transactions.
