Brad Aretsky is an associate in the Real Estate practice and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on all areas of commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Aretsky represents major financial institutions, real estate developers, and other institutional investors on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and corporate finance matters. His practice includes representing clients in connection with corporate credit facilities, preferred equity investments and commercial mortgage loans.

Mr. Aretsky received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2023, where he served as a member of the Corporate and Real Estate Clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 2020. Mr. Aretsky is admitted to practice law in New York.
