Overview

Brett Wessley is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on complex commercial cases and white-collar investigations, and he is experienced in drafting briefs, dispositive motions and managing fact discovery in complex commercial, antirust, consumer class action, constitutional, mass tort, bankruptcy and securities litigation.

Brett served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge John W. Holcomb of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to law school, Brett served as a Naval Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy with multiple deployments overseas.
