Caitlin Devereaux is an associate in the Entertainment and Media Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. Ms. Devereaux earned her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Ms. Devereaux interned at the USC Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, where she counseled clients from the USC School of Cinematic Arts and USC Games program on issues such as copyright and fair use, defamation, and intellectual property agreements. Ms. Devereaux also interned at the Sundance Institute preparing contracts for the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. Prior to law school, Ms. Devereaux worked in brand strategy and digital advertising with a specialty in content marketing.
