Overview

Camille Paulhac is a partner and heads the Antitrust and Competition Department in Brussels and Paris. Camille represents clients in contentious (cartels, abuse of dominance, state aids, follow-on actions) and noncontentious (merger control, FDI, FSR) matters before the European Commission (EC), the French Competition Authority (FCA), the French FDI authority, and European and French courts. Camille coordinates multijurisdictional cases before competition and foreign investment authorities around the world, across a number of sectors including tech, life science, digital, financial, aeronautical and energy sectors.
