Cody Smith is an associate in the Real Estate practice and is based in the firm’s Houston office.

His practice focuses on a variety of real estate transactions, including representation of financial institutions, private equity funds and other clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and development of commercial real estate. Cody also has a background in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, which complements his approach to transactions.

Cody received his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law in 2019. He is admitted to practice in Texas.
