Daniel Blake is an Associate in the Intellectual Property practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on litigating patent, trade secret, and trademark disputes in a variety of industries.

Mr. Blake earned his law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2020, with a concentration in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. During law school, he served as Notes Editor of the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. He earned a B.S. in Physics from the University of Missouri in 2012. Mr. Blake is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
