Dennis Pangindian is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on healthcare fraud and abuse, regulatory compliance, and government investigations, with an emphasis on the life science industry.

Mr. Pangindian previously served as an Associate Counsel in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General (HHS-OIG), where he represented the Department in various administrative and civil fraud enforcement actions, including False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and various Civil Monetary Penalties Law matters. Mr. Pangindian also negotiated and monitored Corporate Integrity Agreements with several entities on behalf of HHS-OIG. He has also advised the Department on policy issues related to the implementation of HHS' information blocking authorities under the 21st Century Cures Act.

While in law school, Mr. Pangindian served as the Editor-in-Chief of Annals of Health Law, the Health Policy and Law Review of Loyola University Chicago.
