Overview
Elizabeth Moore is an associate in the Litigation Department based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on disputes arising at the intersection of contract and patent law across various intellectual property fields, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and microelectronics.
Elizabeth received her law degree from Columbia Law School in 2022, where she served as executive managing editor of the Journal of Gender and Law and as a legal extern for the Civil Rights Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Journalism and Politics from New York University in 2017, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

- Merck Sharp & Dohme in a research contract/patent infringement dispute concerning the cancer immunotherapy drug Keytruda®, litigated before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and in nine inter partes review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
- The inventor of Trodelvy® in a bench trial before the Delaware Court of Chancery, arising from a contractual dispute against his former company, Immunomedics, Inc.
- The Irvine Company in a large-scale domestic arbitration concerning a contractual dispute with another major real estate developer.
- Hitachi Construction Machinery in connection with numerous disputes arising under multiple contracts, litigated before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
