Overview
Emily Firmston is an associate in the London office of Paul Hastings. She focuses her practice on structured finance and securitization and advises a range of financial institutions and private equity sponsors on a broad variety of transactions across different asset classes, including performing and nonperforming portfolio financings, consumer ABS, multijurisdictional trade receivables financings and esoteric asset classes.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Emily worked in the structured finance practice of another leading U.S. firm in their London office and completed a five-month secondment to their New York office.
She has also completed a one-year secondment to the Structured Finance Legal team at Deutsche Bank.
