Emma Kim is an associate in the Litigation Department and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on patents.

Emma graduated cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2025, where she served as executive editor of the Northwestern Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property. She earned a bachelor’s degree in both Life Science and Chinese Culture and Literature in 2017. Emma is admitted to practice law in California.
