
Overview
Evan H. Janssens is an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on securitization and structured finance.
Evan represents underwriters, issuers, asset managers and debt and equity investors in connection with broadly syndicated and middle-market collateralized loan obligations. His experience consists of warehousing, new issuances and other transactions including refinancings, resets, reissues and re-pricings.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Evan was an associate at another international law firm where he advised capital market participants in respect of various corporate finance matters, such as public and private securities offerings and control transactions.
Evan received a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as Submissions Editor of the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review. He received a B.A., with distinction, from Cornell University. Evan is admitted to practice law in New York.
