Gabrielle Paolini Webster (Gabi) is of counsel in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.

Gabi advises investment and commercial banks, direct lenders and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, direct and syndicated lending, first lien and second lien credit facilities, refinancing and recapitalization facilities, cross-border and domestic financings, take-private transactions, and middle market and large cap financings. Gabi also has experience representing clients on hybrid capital structures including preferred equity and back leverage transactions.
