Gigi Wade is an associate in the Financial Restructuring practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice area focuses on representing creditors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings.

Gigi received her law degree from New York University School of Law in 2025, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. During law school, she interned at the Office of the New York State Attorney General in the Litigation Department. Gigi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Sociology from Columbia University in 2022, where she graduated magna cum laude. 

Gigi is admitted to practice law in New York.
