Ida Töyrä is an associate in the Leveraged Finance practice of Paul Hastings' Corporate Department and is based in the firm’s London office. Ida has advised various financial institutions and sponsors on a broad range of debt capital structures, including unitranche loans, HoldCo PIK financings, senior/super senior loans and note purchases for the purposes of acquisitions and LBOs, P2Ps and repricings and refinancings, amongst other things. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ida worked for a Magic Circle law firm in Sweden and later in London.
