Jacob Massey is an associate in the Corporate M&A department of Paul Hastings and is based in the London office. He has a broad corporate practice, with a principal focus on private M&A (domestic and cross-border). His practice also covers, amongst other things, early-stage investments, joint ventures, minority investments, management incentivisation and general corporate governance.
