
Overview
Jake Gold is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice, based in the firm’s Palo Alto Office. His practice focuses on intellectual property disputes with an emphasis on patent litigation.
Jake has experience litigating in federal district court. During this time, he has represented leading technology companies in matters concerning a variety of technologies such as smart phones, wearables, and fuel cells. He also has experience drafting patent applications and publishing emergent legal research.
Education
Mr. Gold received his law degree from UCLA in 2022, where he served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. At Stanford, he earned a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering (2019), a Bachelor of Science with Departmental Honors in Environmental Engineering (2018), a Bachelor of Science in Earth System’s Sciences (2018), and a minor in French Horn Performance (2018). Jake is admitted to practice law in California.
