Jake Johns is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm's Dallas office. His practice focuses on the representation of commercial banks and other financial institutions in a variety of commercial lending transactions.

Mr. Johns received his law degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2023. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with distinction, in Marketing and Sports Management from the University of Oklahoma in 2019. Mr. Johns is admitted to practice law in Texas.
