Jessica Stauring is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Ms. Stauring received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2021, where she served as the President of the Drexel Moot Court Board. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Forensic and Toxicological Chemistry from West Chester University in 2013. Ms. Stauring is admitted to practice law in New York.
