Overview
Jessie Xin is a China associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings. Her practice focuses on corporate finance and capital markets, including initial public offerings registered in the United States and Hong Kong conducted pursuant to Regulation 144A and Regulation S, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Jessie passed the bar examination in China in 2019, but does not hold a current practicing certificate in China. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
