Joe Alfonzetti is an associate in the Global Finance group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.

His practice focuses on the representation of banks and other financial institutions on matters including sponsored acquisition financings, syndicated senior loans, mezzanine and other subordinated financings, asset-based credit facilities and private placements. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Joe practiced as a corporate associate at another global law firm.

Joe received his law degree from St. John's University School of Law in 2025, where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the St. John's Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from the University of Delaware in 2021. Joe is admitted to practice law in New York.
