Julian Schmitz is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.

He focuses on all aspects of German corporate and business law and advises private equity sponsors, corporate clients, venture capital funds and other financial investors on national and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, public takeovers and corporate reorganizations.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Julian worked at a major U.S. law firm in Dusseldorf in the areas of corporate/M&A.
