Kendra L. Sandidge is of counsel in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Kendra represents leading investment and commercial banks and other financial institutions across a wide variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Her practice focuses on leveraged finance, including syndicated and direct lending, first lien and second lien credit facilities, acquisition financings, refinancing and recapitalization facilities and leveraged buyout financings. Kendra also has experience representing lenders in connection with liability management transactions.
