Overview
Kimberly Forster is an associate in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on internal corporate investigations and white collar criminal defense, with an emphasis on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other international anti-corruption legal frameworks. She also has experience in business and human rights, as well as ESG strategy and compliance.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Forster clerked at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Ms. Forster received her law degree from the George Washington University Law School in 2022. During law school, she interned with the U.S. Department of Defense, the World Bank, USAID, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Before attending law school, Ms. Forster worked in the field of international human rights with Lawyers Without Borders, the U.S. Department of State, and as a Fulbright fellow in Brazil. She was awarded a master's degree in international relations from the London School of Economics in 2019. She earned her bachelor's degree from Miami University in 2013.
Ms. Forster is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
