Overview

Lane Barrasso is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office.

Mr. Barrasso’s practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including tenant-side office leasing, the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, mixed-use development, data center transactions, and real estate finance. He has worked on numerous transactions throughout the United States and internationally.

Mr. Barrasso received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2013. While at UCLA he served as the Student Bar Association graduating class President and was also a member of the Executive Board of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review.

  • Represented Facebook in the lease of approximately 756,000 square feet at Park Tower in San Francisco.
  • Represented Okta in the lease of approximately 200,000 square feet for its new headquarters at 100 First Street in San Francisco.
