Luyi Song is an associate in the Financial Restructuring group and is based in the firm’s New York office. Luyi focuses her practice on restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors' rights litigation.

Luyi received her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2022. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations: Politics and History from Jacobs University in 2019. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
