Marcella Leonard is an associate in the Financial Restructuring group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on representing creditors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings, including official creditors' committees, ad hoc groups of lenders, hedge funds and private equity funds.

Marcella received her law degree from Cornell Law School in 2024. During Law school, she served as an articles editor on the Cornell International Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) in Finance from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business in 2018.

Marcella is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
