Maria Grabis is an associate in the Global Restructuring practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Ms.Grabis has a broad-based corporate finance practice, advising investment banks, hedge funds, private equity sponsors and other capital providers, as well as public and private companies, on various complex financing transactions including debt offerings, acquisition finance transactions and distressed debt financings and restructurings.
