Mark Landsman is of counsel in the Derivatives practice of Paul Hastings. He advises clients on a wide range of derivatives and related matters, and his practice spans an array of asset classes and product types, including over-the-counter and exchange-traded transactions in credit, equity, commodity, energy, interest rate and foreign exchange products. He also has expertise in a variety of structured credit products, including direct lending, fund finance, structured repo, project finance and asset-backed lending. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mark led the U.S. legal coverage of various fixed income sales-and-trading and structured credit businesses at two global investment banks. Prior to that, he was an associate in the derivatives and structured finance practice group of a major international law firm.
