Mark Metrey is an associate in the Real Estate practice and is based in the firm's Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on Real

Mr. Metrey's experience includes representing investors, lenders, and trustees in various real estate transactions. Prior to joining Paul
Hastings, he practiced with a regional firm in Washington, DC. Mr. Metrey also serves as an Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, having
been awarded the Armed Forces Services Medal and Army Commendation Medal for his service during COVID-19.
