- The financing of KiwiRail to fund the construction and purchase of the next-generation Interislander ferry fleet. The transaction featured the world’s first shipping loan to be certified by the Climate Bonds Initiative and won Project Finance Deal of the Year at the 2022 NZ Law Awards.

- The financing of Providence Equity Partners’ acquisition of Marlink, a leading provider of smart network solutions.
