Matt Farnum is an associate in the Real Estate Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Matt represents major financial institutions, real estate developers, and other institutional investors on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and corporate finance matters. His practice includes representing clients in connection with corporate credit facilities, preferred equity investments, capital commitment-backed subscription facilities, commercial mortgage loans and acquisitions.
