
Overview
Matthew Boyden-Wilson is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington DC office.
His practice focuses on complex financing and lending transactions, including asset-based lending, leveraged buyouts, funding financings, refinancings, restructurings, and other special situation transactions, across a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Boyden-Wilson served as a clerk to the Honorable Martin R. Barash, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.
Mr. Boyden-Wilson received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law with specializations in both Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Law. While attending law school, he served as chief managing editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review and achieved honors in the UCLA Moot Court Honors program.
