Matt Zolnierz is an Associate in the firm's Boston office. His practice focuses on representing and advising clients on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and private equity transactions. Matt also regularly advises clients on general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Matt received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his BBA in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to attending law school, Matt worked as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he primarily focused on public company financial statement audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
