Meghan O’Reilly is of counsel in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings.

Meghan’s practice focuses on representing leading commercial and investment banks and other financial institutions on fund finance and other finance transactions. These include capital call facilities, management company loans and all products relating to the banking needs of private equity funds, as well as other asset-backed finance transactions, including real estate loans. She has over two decades of experience advising clients, establishing deep relationships in the fund finance industry, and has served as the key advisor in assisting banks with establishing new fund finance product lines. Meghan also regularly advises banks on alternative and creative fund finance structures and in addressing the challenges posed by variations in fund documentation.
