Michael Rover is an associate in the Litigation Department based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Michael maintains a wide-ranging practice, focusing on international arbitration, complex commercial litigation, domestic U.S. arbitration, and white-collar investigations. Michael has both plaintiff-side and defense-side experience, and he has represented clients in state court, federal court, and multiple arbitration fora.

Michael received his law degree from Stanford Law School in 2022. While in law school, he was a managing editor of the Stanford Law and Policy Review and co-president of the International Law Society. He was a student leader in pro bono advocacy for refugees from the Middle East, and he worked in Stanford Law School’s Immigrants’ Rights Clinic on behalf of both individual noncitizens and nonprofit immigration organizations. Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Political Science from Stanford University in 2019, graduating with honors in Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.

Michael is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
