
Overview
Radhesh Devendran is an associate in the Litigation practice, based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on intellectual property matters with an emphasis on patent litigation. Radhesh has represented leading technology companies in IP litigation cases concerning various technologies such as telecommunications, optical fiber communication systems, contactless payment systems, smart televisions, wearable health technology, data compression, physical vapor deposition, gesture recognition, and computer security. He has extensive experience litigating in district court, from taking key expert depositions, assisting with a summary judgment victory for one of the leaders in the telecommunications industry, and arguing claim construction at a Markman hearing. He also has experience litigating before the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, having taken an ITC case to hearing.
Radhesh received his law degree and a certificate in Technology and Entrepreneurship Law from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2017. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2014, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
