Riya Chaudhari is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on patent litigation.

Riya previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Southern District of Texas.

Riya received her law degree from Baylor Law School in 2023 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2018. 

Admitted in Texas and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Application for admission in the District of Columbia pending. Practice supervised by members of the District of Columbia Bar.
