Ryan McGill is an associate in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office.  Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. McGill was an associate in the Labor and Employment group of another large, international law firm in Los Angeles.  As a law student, Mr. McGill worked for a plaintiff-side employment law firm and completed an externship with Region 21 of the National Labor Relations Board.  He also worked in the Human Resources department of a University before attending law school.

Mr. McGill received his J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law (Order of the Coif).  At USC, he was a member of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and the National Lawyers Guild.  He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
