Samah Ahmed is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. She is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions, and Capital Markets and Securities practice groups.

Ms. Ahmed received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2021, where she served as Supervising Editor of the California Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Public Health from Tulane University in 2018.

Ms. Ahmed is admitted to practice law in California.
