Sandile Sibiya is an associate in the Energy and Infrastructure practice of the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Sandile’s experience includes advising banks, sponsors, corporate borrowers and other financial institutions across a broad range of banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on infrastructure as well as leveraged and acquisition financings.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Sandile trained with and qualified into the general finance team of a law firm in South Africa and was also an associate in the finance teams of leading international law firms in London. Sandile has also spent time on secondment to the London office of National Westminster Bank plc, where he advised on a broad range of banking and finance matters.
