Yar Chaikovsky, Partner in Paul Hastings’ Intellectual Property practice, is proud to participate in the 15th Annual Sedona Conference Institute program, “Pre-Trial Practice in a Post-Pandemic World.” This online program will feature experts from the bench and bar who will provide practical advice and views on how the forces shaping the legal profession will operate post-pandemic.

The dialogue will be led by judges, arbitrators, and government regulators, in-house counsel from major U.S. and Canadian corporations, and a score of experienced civil litigators and legal technologists.

Yar will speak on the panel, “Making the Record,” on May 18 at 1:15 pm - 3:00 pm ET, which will explore the legal, technical and logistical hurdles to authenticating and admitting electronic evidence, including some of the challenges for persuasive advocacy outside the traditional courtroom.
