2nd Annual Conference on Renewable Project Development

Jenna McGrath, of counsel in the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure practice, will be speaking on the panel “Navigating the Challenges of Transmission Development” as part of The Center for American and International Law’s 2nd Annual Conference on Renewable Project Development. The annual conference focuses on the issues facing the growing renewables sector of the energy industry and current renewable project development. The discussion will include developers and lawyers who will explore the current legal, regulatory, and structural challenges involved in building the new transmission infrastructure needed to support the development of new renewable projects. Topics will include eminent domain, interconnection, siting authority, utility and developer perspectives, and stakeholder issues.
