On November 30, Corinne Lammers will be presenting on a breakout session titled, “The Big Return of Monitorships: When They Will Be Imposed and How to Satisfy DOJ and Monitor Expectations.” This session will cover key components and challenges for a monitorship’s successes and missteps, including conditions, process, criteria and selection of monitors and how to conduct effective compliance reviews.
Leo Tsao will present on December 1, on part II of the FCPA and National Security Series: “Task Force KleptoCapture: Enforcing Sanctions, Export Restrictions and Economic Countermeasures Levied Against Russian Officials and Oligarchs.” Leo and his panel colleagues will cover the resources and tools that the Task Force is leveraging for enforcement, including data analystics, cryptocurrency tracing, foreign intelligence sources and more.
