On November 30, Corinne Lammers will be presenting on a breakout session titled, “The Big Return of Monitorships: When They Will Be Imposed and How to Satisfy DOJ and Monitor Expectations.” This session will cover key components and challenges for a monitorship’s successes and missteps, including conditions, process, criteria and selection of monitors and how to conduct effective compliance reviews.
