IMN CLOs and Leveraged Loans Conference

The Paul Hastings Structured Credit team will be attending the IMN CLOs and Leveraged Loans Conference on Monday May 23rd – Tuesday May 24th. Mary Kathryn Lee and Nicole Bright will both be speaking at the conference. On Monday, Mary Kathryn will be part of a panel entitled, “The Story ‘SO-FaR’: Reference Rate Transition & Regulatory Concerns.” Mary Kathryn will discuss SOFR transitions and their implications to CLOs legacy, current holdings, CSA/approach, and the state of loan market issuance. On Tuesday, Nicole Bright will be speaking on a panel entitled “What’s up docs?: CLO & Loan Documentation Trends.” Nicole will be discussing trends in the underlying document terms for CLOs and leveraged loans.
