Key Changes, Challenges & Opportunities in The UK Workplace in 2026: A Year of Transition

Monday, January 12 3:30 PM GMT to 6:30 PM GMT

Registration 3:30 p.m. Session 4:00 p.m. GMT

Now that the Employment Rights Bill has been passed, the year ahead promises even more unprecedented legislative and regulatory change for UK employers, with some parts of the UK's Employment Rights Bill expected to take effect, other provisions anticipated to be subject to consultation, and the establishment of the new Fair Work Agency to enforce key employment law rights such as holiday pay, sick pay and national minimum wage. It is therefore more important than ever before that employers stay ahead of the curve.

Against this dynamic backdrop, Paul Hastings invites you to join us for this in-person event in conjunction with International Employment Lawyer as we discuss these with Kate Dearden MP, Minister of Employment Rights and Consumer Protection, Matthew Taylor, Chair of the new Fair Work Agency, and Peter Cheese, Chief Executive of the CIPD, looking at the changes, the challenges and the opportunities for 2026.
