Jonathan C. Hamilton, Partner and Global Co-Chair of International Arbitration, will speak on the panel titled “Mediation in the Air.” This esteemed panel will address the US$800 billion aviation sector, a significant player in the global economy that is increasingly adopting alternative dispute resolution mechanisms for contract and investment disputes. With extensive experience in the field, Hamilton also serves on the rules committee for The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation.
